Languages
There are 11 official languages in South Africa. English is the language of administration and is widely spoken. Other languages are: Afrikaans, Ndebele, Northern Sotho, Southern Sotho, Swazi, Tsonga, Tswana, Venda, Xhosa and Zulu.
Liquor
Most bottle stores are open from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 18:00) and on Saturdays (08:30 - 14:00). Wine can also be bought from super markets Mondays to Saturdays. Bottle stores and super markets are not allowed to sell liquor on Sundays.
